DORA PROJECT MANAGER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced DORA Project Manager to drive the implementation of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements within a cybersecurity and IT risk environment. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor project delivery, and support the translation of regulatory requirements into concrete actions, contributing to the organization's operational resilience and cybersecurity maturity.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Maintain and coordinate the DORA implementation roadmap, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and escalate issues when necessary.
Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder checkpoints.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Produce dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries to communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.
Your Key Skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Good understanding of IT environments, cybersecurity principles, and operational resilience concepts.
Ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Your Main Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT-oriented projects.
Experience creating project roadmaps, tracking milestones, and delivering status reporting.
General knowledge of information systems, networking concepts, cybersecurity practices, and IT risk management.
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
Interest and willingness to deepen knowledge in DORA, cybersecurity, and operational resilience topics.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
