Production Support

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical production applications and infrastructure. You will provide technical support across a diverse technology landscape, monitor production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for working in complex and fast-paced environments where operational excellence is essential.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

· Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases).

· Provide escalation coverage in the “Follow The Sun” support model.

· Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications.

· Customize production tools (monitoring, batch scheduling, backups, deployment tools, automation).

· Provide feedback and propose solutions to management on performance and capacity.

· Proactive mindset with a strong interest in technology and continuous learning.

Your Main Qualifications

• Experience on Windows and Linux/Unix systems : IIS, .NET, WCF, Weblogic Application Server, Apache, Tomcat, Java EE, Nginx.

• Experience of some of the following preferable: Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus & DollarUniverse.

• Scripting (Python, Shell, SQL....) and development skills for administration, monitoring and support tools. Practice on Ansible / Terraform automation.

• Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management; incident and problem management skills, with knowledge of ITIL.

• Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle.

• Fluency in English.
