Transversal Account Office

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Transversal Account Officer to join an international project within the financial services sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operational activities throughout the investment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, contributing to risk monitoring, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Ensure that all clients (internal and external) related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner

• First point of contact for all client queries and requests

• Follow up of pending client queries and requests closely

• Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity

• Build KPIs and improve client experience

• Prepare and send daily/monthly management reports

Your Main Qualifications

• Previous experience in Banking Operations, Financial Services, Middle Office, Back Office, or similar environments

• Knowledge of clearing processes and operational workflows within financial institutions

• Understanding of investment lifecycle activities and operational controls

• Experience handling client requests and managing service delivery activities

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to prepare management reports and operational dashboards

• Fluency in English
