APPLICATION PRODUCTION SUPPORT
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support professional to ensure the continuity, stability, and performance of critical production environments. This role combines technical and functional support responsibilities, contributing to incident resolution, service improvement, application releases, infrastructure evolution, and production monitoring. Working closely with development and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services while driving operational excellence through modern technologies and methodologies.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Act as the first point of contact for IT Production-related tasks, supporting end-users, developers, and business stakeholders.
Manage and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes while ensuring service restoration within agreed SLAs.
Monitor applications and infrastructure components, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance with security and operational standards.
Support application releases, environment preparation, testing activities, and production deployments.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, monitoring enhancements, and operational efficiency.

Your Key Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sybase).
Experience with Windows, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and UNIX (AIX) operating systems.
Knowledge of file transfer technologies such as CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP, and PeSIT.
Experience with automation and monitoring tools, including Batch scheduling, Autosys, Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace, and DevOps practices.
Understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, cloud technologies, and service management environments.

Your Main Qualifications

Previous experience in Application Production Support or similar production/application management roles.
Experience working within complex and business-critical IT environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within multicultural teams.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
