MAKETING RELATIONSHIP & PERFORMANCE OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional to join a Relational Marketing & Performance (CRM) environment, supporting the execution, optimization, and analysis of marketing campaigns through data-driven solutions. This role combines campaign management, data processing, automation, performance monitoring, and analytical insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and execute multichannel relational marketing campaigns, ensuring data quality and compliance with segmentation criteria.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SAS and SAS SQL programs for customer data extraction, transformation, segmentation, and processing.

• Automate recurring routines, controls, and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Analyze campaign performance, measure results and ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Detect anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure process reliability.

• Produce reporting and performance analysis focused on business outcomes and marketing effectiveness.

• Document business rules, operational flows, and technical developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, analytics, data, communication, and IT projects.

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SAS and SAS SQL.

• Experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and processing activities.

• Experience in automation and process optimization initiatives.

• Background in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or marketing campaign environments.

• Knowledge of marketing automation or email marketing platforms.

• Knowledge of consumer finance, insurance, or similar business domains is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power BI and/or VBA is considered an advantage.

• Advanced level of English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
