In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into effective technology solutions. You will be involved in strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, and technology transformation. You will gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements, transform them into detailed IT specifications, and support the successful delivery of solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
Define high-quality technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes and systems.
Support the development and implementation of new technology platforms and enhancements.
Participate in all project phases, including analysis, design, estimation, development coordination, testing, and delivery.
Coordinate and provide guidance to distributed development teams.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across projects and teams.

Your Main Qualifications

Experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related areas.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with application deployment processes, releases, and environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and initiative.
Experience coordinating or supporting development teams is considered a plus.
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Team-player attitude with a collaborative working style.
Ability to understand broader business objectives and align technology initiatives accordingly.
Fluency in English.
