What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of business requirements, from initial analysis and specification through to delivery and user validation. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve data quality, system integration, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in the evolution of complex data ecosystems, supporting initiatives focused on data integration, process optimization, and digital transformation. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Agile environments.
Analyze existing business processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Facilitate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
Define testing strategies and coordinate validation activities.
Design and execute Integration System Testing (IST) scenarios, particularly for data flows and APIs.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful business validation.
Monitor and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools.
Perform data analysis to identify inconsistencies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure solution traceability from requirements through testing and implementation.
Contribute to the successful delivery and adoption of digital transformation initiatives.

Your Main Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT-related role.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
Experience creating User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Acceptance Criteria.
Expertise in process mapping and process optimization techniques.
Experience working with application integrations, APIs, and data flows.
Understanding of application architecture and systems interaction concepts.
Experience designing and coordinating testing activities, including IST and UAT.
Familiarity with defect management and traceability processes.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
Fluency in English.
