FEES PAYABLES SENIOR OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional responsible for the computation, monitoring, reconciliation, and payment of invoices related to different types of commissions. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for multiple stakeholders, contribute to operational excellence, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.es.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Participate in process improvement initiatives, transformation projects, committees, audits, and incident management activities.

• Act as the main point of contact for different internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.

• Contribute to reporting activities and leverage reporting tools to support business needs.

• Provide timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders and coordinate follow-ups on escalated topics.

• Manage value-added tasks delegated by leadership, including end-of-month activities and payment validation processes.

Your Main Qualifications

• Fluent English (Expert level).

• Fluent Portuguese (Expert level).
