Business Analyst (P2P)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations by ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of requests, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting stakeholders across purchasing and accounting activities. You will act as a key point of coordination between business teams and operational stakeholders, contributing to process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and an interest in procurement, finance operations, and business processes.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Handle and process requests received from internal stakeholders through multiple communication channels.
Analyze requests and provide accurate and timely responses.
Ensure requests are tracked, followed up, and resolved within defined timelines.
Monitor data quality and support validation and control activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and business teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Support operational controls and compliance with established procedures.
Maintain and update operational records and documentation.
Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
Participate in reporting and performance monitoring activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Your Main Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
Up to 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, finance operations, business support, or similar functions
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is highly valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered a plus
Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is considered an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Customer-oriented mindset with strong service delivery focus
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Active listening and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams
Fluency in English is mandatory
Knowledge of French is considered a plus
