DOCUMENTATION DRAFTING & MATCHING ANALYST
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced professional to join a financial markets operations environment as a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactions, performing critical controls on trade documentation, and supporting the timely reconciliation of bookings against confirmations and term sheets. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that issues are properly controlled, reported, and resolved while meeting regulatory requirements and operational deadlines.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and operational targets.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations, including affirmation requests and documentation disputes.
Collaborate on a daily basis with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across international locations.

Your Main Qualifications

Previous experience in a financial markets, operations, or documentation-related role.
Knowledge of trade documentation and post-trade processes.
Understanding of financial products such as Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
Proactive mindset with adaptability and strong teamwork abilities.
Professional proficiency in English.
