What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Product Owner to join an international software product development team supporting the delivery of digital products. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the product backlog, coordinating delivery activities, and ensuring that business requirements are transformed into successful product outcomes. The role combines Product Ownership, Delivery Coordination, and Business Analysis responsibilities within an agile environment

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Act as the primary coordination point between stakeholders and the delivery team;
Understand product objectives, users, and business requirements;
Manage, prioritise and refine the product backlog;
Define user stories and acceptance criteria;
Coordinate sprint planning, reviews and product delivery activities;
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery impediments;
Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders;
Support release planning, acceptance and production readiness;
Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress and product evolution

Your Main Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst;
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product delivery;
Experience managing backlogs and requirements;
Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Experience working in international environments;
Professional English proficiency;
Availability to travel to Germany when required.
