Business Analyst (French & English)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and evolution of digital services, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams, Product Owners, and development teams. You will contribute to the delivery of innovative digital solutions, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, effectively translated into functional specifications, and successfully implemented. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions;
Organize, facilitate, and document business workshops with key stakeholders;
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement;
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user requirements;
Coordinate and monitor development activities, ensuring alignment with business expectations;
Support and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities;
Participate in release planning and deployment activities;
Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure seamless service integration;
Facilitate meetings and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders;
Design and execute test plans for new products and functionalities;
Identify, prioritize, and track defects and issues until resolution;
Prepare and deliver training sessions to end users and business partners;
Provide post-deployment support and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services;
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Your Main Qualifications

Master's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis, Digital Projects, Product Management Support, or similar roles;
Knowledge of digital development methodologies and best practices;
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements;
Understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery processes;
Experience supporting testing activities and quality assurance processes;
Familiarity with Postman and other testing tools is considered a plus;
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments;
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
